Branch + Brick is a collection of 5 luxury rental homes designed around architecture, interiors, and the experience of slow California living. I developed the brand from its early concept into a complete visual identity, creating a cohesive world that extended across the brand, website, photography direction, and guest experience.
Branch + Brick was built around a simple idea: creating a cohesive identity for a collection of distinct places. I developed the brand name and naming system for each property, drawing from trees and plants connected to their surrounding landscapes. I then developed the visual identity across the collection, including logo design, typography, colour direction, and distinct property identities that all remained connected to the parent brand.
I developed the creative direction for Branch + Brick's property photography, establishing the visual approach for each shoot through moodboarding and styling direction. Working alongside the photographer and stylist on set, I directed the visual execution and curated the final imagery to create photography that felt elevated, warm, and editorial while allowing each property to retain its own character.
I translated the Branch + Brick identity across digital and physical touchpoints, designing and developing the website alongside printed guest materials, property guidebooks, and branded items. Each application was designed to feel like a natural extension of the brand while maintaining a cohesive experience across the collection.
